AIM or MAT: When and Which?
Which Survey Do I Use?
There are currently five separate surveys in the AIM / MAT website. To understand how they work….think of a coin representing the value of an employee to his or her company.
- On one side the employee must have the skills necessary to do the job. That is, the person should be able to learn, solve problems, notice details, spell and understand language.
- On the other side of the coin, the employee has a hidden set of
attitudes, interests and abilities that influence whether they like or dislike the job.
A highly motivated person without job skills can be just as troublesome as a highly skilled person without motivation.
